Board of Directors

The Board of Directors represents Bank’s share holders and comprises of reputed persons from different strata of Society, such as businessmen, progressive agriculturists, practicing advocates and tax consultants, hospital administrator, chartered accountant, successful women entrepreneurs and social activists.

The Board has collective responsibility for the long-term success of the Bank. It formalises Bank’s administrative and business policies in the light of RBI guidelines in order to fulfil its obligations to its shareholders, customers and other stakeholders.
